"My entry reflects being a teen in Manukau through a photograph, which contains objects and images that represent opportunities and achievements open to teens in Manukau. It is positive as it displays the great potential every teen in Manukau has, and therefore it can inspire others to strive for higher goals. It is youth friendly as it shows opportunities directed at teens – such as the MIT Science Fair, and soccer + cricket clubs. It is bold, and communicates easily and directly to teens making it youth friendly as well. It is representative of Manukau due to the wide variety of opportunties it displays – from sports teams to spelling bees to countries you can visit."
