Terms and conditions

• Up to 5 entries are permitted per person. Each static image must be accompanied by a separate entry form.
• Submit your entries at your local Manukau Libraries branch.
• Photos of entries may be transferred to the Manukau Libraries website for display. Entering the competition gives permission for entries and photos of entries to be added to the Manukau Libraries website.
• Copies of the entries and/or photographs of the entries may be displayed in the libraries and on the Manukau Libraries website.
• Photos of entries may be used on Manukau Libraries library cards. Entering the competition gives permission for photos of entries to be used on library cards.
• Entries that do not have full contact details in entry forms will not be considered.
• Entries from people who are not Manukau Libraries members or within the age range 12-18 years will not be considered.
• All winners will be notified by telephone and/or email.
• By entering all winners consent to their names and images being used for reasonable publicity purposes by Manukau Libraries.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Manukau Libraries will not be responsible for any breaches of copyright or privacy that may occur.
• Manukau Libraries’ reserve the right not to display all entries.
