Leaving his family behind Philippe finds to his surprise, that he is having quite a good time with the friendly fun-loving Northerners. Comedy ensues when Philippe's wife, Julie, announces she is moving the whole family to be with Philippe.

And instead of dancing himself, it is Paris and the Parisians who dance before his eyes.
