Security @ the library

happy

Recently, the security @ the MTC library have been exceptional at their job :) They honestly manintain a peaceful and educational environment within the library and all disturbing noise is quickly attended to. As a learner, I believe that any student needs peace and quiet when studying and revising over learnt lesson notes especially high school students who are studying NCEA. MTC library ensures that there environment is a peaceful and learning place and I do believe that the library securities play an important part in sustaining this environment within the library.

What do you think of our big screen tvs? Too ostentatious? Make no sense in a library? Should have more? Should all branches offer headphones for customer use? Or should we sell them all? Have you ever borrowed a CD or DVD from Manukau Libraries? What do you think of our audiovisual collections? Do we need less? More? Different? Do our CD and DVD collections reflect your tastes and interests? Did you know that you can suggest certain artists and titles for us to purchase? Do you know how to do that? Would you like us to show you how? Please share any comments or suggestions below.
