Winnie the witch has trouble navigating crowded skies, so she tries changing her broomstick into other means of transportation, until she discovers what she really needs.

Winnie the Witch and Wilbur her cat are both tired of winter. The garden is covered in snow, the pond is covered in ice, icicles hang from the trees. So she casts a spell and turns everything into summer. But that's her big mistake.

Winnie and Wilbur love their vegetables and Winnie decides to grow her own, and digs a vegetable patch in her garden. She uses a little magic to speed up the growing process, only to end up with a garden overrun by enormous vegetables.

At last it's the day of the Witches' Magic Show and Winnie has a new spell to perform and a beautiful new dress to wear. When she sees she has spilt jelly on it, she pops it into the machine - along with her wand! The dress is clean, but her wand is just not the same. Can Wilbur the cat help?
