"You all know me" the oldest granny exclaimed. Joe was on the stage beside her, struggling and straining. The grannys had not only tied him up - that would have been bad enough. They had also fastened him into a straightjacket they had evidently knitted themselves as it was made out of pink wool.
A great book about Joe Warden and his problems with his evil granny. Not only is she physically repulsive and unbelievably mean, she seems to have some sort of secret plan.
